Omaha Steaks

I've read many an overenthusiastic review about Omaha Steaks, but I've never tried them myself. I feel a little weird shelling out that kind of money for pre-frozen food, although they're supposed to have a fabulous reputation.

Tonight I noticed that they're having a huge sale. But before I ordered, I started checking them out a little bit.. and surprisingly, turned up just a bunch of really lousy assessments. Oh, well. So much for that idea!

I once got Omaha Steaks and was very pleased, but I don't think they're worth the price. I got them because a card came to my landlord and they were something like 80% off - otherwise I'd have never bought them.

I leave the high-priced steak buying to my rich grandparents. :D

Yeah, since they don't guarantee that quality of the beef, I figure for the money I may as well go to the butcher around the corner. Oh, well.
