Strawberry and Banana Shake

Cooking time: none
Ingredients:
* 1 pint fresh strawberries
* 3 bananas, chilled
* 1 cup orange juice
* 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
* 1 Tbsp honey
Preparation:
Blend all ingredients together in blender. Serve immediately. Leftover shake can be stored in the refridgerator for 2 days (or freeze to keep longer).
