Goulash

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
* 1/2 lb lean ground beef
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1 15oz can diced, stewed tomatoes
* 1 cup elbow macaroni
* salt & pepper
* basil, oregano, and thyme, if desired

Preparation:
Boil water for the macaroni & cook according to directions. While macaroni is cooking, saute onion & ground beef in a large skillet. Drain when the beef is brown and the onions carmelized. Drain cooked macaroni and add to beef and onion mixture. Stir in tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, basil, oregano and thyme to taste.
